The students are well prepared for their introductory placement. Obviously the students that follow the highly international oriented IBMS course are thoroughly prepared for functioning at a high level in a business environment abroad.
The students of the MM course also receive a great deal of international marketing and management aspects in their study and students of this course that want to apply for a foreign placement need to have a high level of English and preferably an other foreign language.

A special placement preparation program has been developed that students have to attend during the second year. This program consists out of information sessions, the project "Personal development" (self analysis; strengths and weaknesses), a job interview training and a special project on going abroad (cultural differences, wages, licenses, assurances etc.). |

Their fluency in English (this goes for al the students), and at least in one other foreign language (IBMS students have to master English and an other foreign language) enables them to work in a non Dutch-speaking environment. |
