Project "Personal development"
During the placement preparation the students have made a critical self-analysis. They established their strengths and weaknesses in respect to attitudes and skills. They have discussed the state of affairs in respect of the personal objectives with the traineeship supervisor.
Based on this analysis the students have to develop a plan to use their strengths and to improve their weaknesses during the introductory placement. This plan is to be discussed with their school supervisor. |

At the beginning of the introductory placement they will discuss this plan with the company counselor, eventually adjust it, and lay it down in the introductory placement work plan. This plan has to be approved by the company counselor as well as the introductory placement supervisor. The state of affairs in respect of the personal objectives is regularly discussed with the supervisor.

Project "The company / cultural diversity"
In this project the students have to focus on the company with special attention for possible cultural differences between The Netherlands and the country where they are fulfilling their placement. They have to describe possible differences in management and company (decision making, meetings, communication, hierarchy, control etc.)
